St Joseph's N.S.

On the morning of Friday, December 22nd, 2007, Nell Cahill delivered her busload of children safely to their destination. As usual she watched the children as they walked through the school gate. Only when satisfied that the all the children were safely inside the school wall did she drive off. This was her routine for well over 30 years. However, this particular morning was different for this was Nells last drop off.
On Friday December 22nd the morning of the Christmas holidays Nell Cahill retired. St Joseph's said goodbye to a loyal servent, a dependable and careful bus driver and above all a lovely person. Nell's kind nature will be remembered by all who travelled on the small bus and everyone here at St Joseph's would like to thank her for keeping our children safe down through the years. We would like to wish her many years of happy retirement.
