Hallowe'en Art

St Joseph's went Pumpkin Crazy this Hallowe'en. Miss Shanahan and her students carved five Jack 'O' Lanterns. They then made delicious Pumpkin Soup for everyone in the school. Ensuring that nothing was wasted the pumpkin seeds were distributed among the students. We are looking forward to next year's crop already.

Mr Gleeson's Class made lanterns of their own except they used clay to fashion theirs.

Mrs Egan's Class got in on the act too by using pumpkin paintings to explore tinting and shading.

There was even a pumpkin or two to be spotted in Mrs Noonan's Hallowe'en display at the front of the school
