On Christmas Eve,
Santa is coming.
He's very jolly
We have holly
We are all humming!

- Maria McGrath, 3rd Class

I love Christmas,
It's the best time of year,
You get tons and tons of presents
You are full of Christmas cheer.

Santa is a jolly fellow,
He lives in the North Pole.
I don't think he drives a sleigh
I think he burrows a hole.
- Claire Egan, 2nd Class

Santy came and left my presents under the Christmas Tree
He ate the ham and drank the wine.
He put on some songs
And knocked down all the decorations!
- Paul Clinton, 4th. Class

I can't wait
For Christmas night
I know it wont snow...
But it
might!
-Shannon Dunne, 4th. Class

My mammy buys
Toys for the boys.

I bought a star
In Spar.

I asked for a surprise
And some toys.

And I know
It's gonna snow.
-James McGrath, 4th. Class
